Domestic shipping - Switzerland

Altitude Time will gladly pay for all watch and accessory orders over 100CHF in Switzerland. your Item will be shipped via Swiss Post - Priority for order less then 500CHF value. All other orders will be shipped Registered - Express.

For orders under 100CHF shipping will be 9CHF.

Insurance - Altitude Time Sàrl will carry insurance for your order. The cost of sending damaged items back to us may be deducted from your refund.

If your order is received damaged please do not accept it from the courier company or sign damaged and take photo's this will help with our insurance claim. If you notice the item is damaged after opening the package you have 5 days to make a claim with us otherwise we are not able to claim it on our insurance.
